Meet Kirk Mancuso

The Evans City Water and Sewer Authority welcomes our newest team member Kirk Mancuso.

Mr. Mancuso is an Evans City native who brings a love for our town and its residents, along with a great deal of experience and knowledge to the ECWSA staff.

Kirk will be working with both our water and sewer systems. If you see him out and about, please say hello.
